If you are currently home educating and would like to apply for an EHCP for your child, you will need to first request an EHC needs assessment (EHCNA.) Please follow the link below to make an application:

Before requesting an EHC needs assessment (EHCNA), we strongly suggest that parents and carers undertake the following:

• Gather information about their child’s special educational needs. This may include any assessments, reports and/or medical or psychological evaluations. Providing this information will help support the application.
