If we have asked you to complete a review of your child’s home education provision, you can do so in a number of ways: (Please do not submit a review if Barnet Education & Learning Service teams have not contacted you and requested this.)

Other ways of providing information to us about your child’s home education provision
You are also welcome to update us in any other format of your choice e.g. by email, by providing: your own report, a tutor or tutorial centre report, a letter of confirmation from a 14-16 EHE provision, a letter of confirmation from an online school etc. You can also meet with us in person or on Teams to undertake a review of your child’s elective home education provision.
Please ensure that any update that you provide us with includes details of the progress that your child has made whilst home educated in the last year, particularly with English and Mathematics. Please also include details of your child’s socialisation activities (with children and young people outside of the family) and confirm that your child has the opportunity to work without distractions e.g. at a desk/ work station etc. in a quiet area of your home, at the library etc. Please also update us on any other changes to your child’s education and any of your contact details e.g. home address, mobile number and email address.
